Kaile Pollard

Kaile Pollard is a recent graduate of Wheaton College (IL), where she earned her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish, graduating summa cum laude. Her time at Wheaton was shaped by meaningful experiences in law, policy, and community service.

During her final semester, Kaile interned with a boutique law firm in Chicago, gaining exposure to litigation and other areas of practice. She also worked with Safe Families for Children, where she deepened her understanding of how nonprofit and government partnerships collaborate to serve vulnerable communities.

Beyond academics and professional experience, Kaile has found joy in leadership through ministry. At Wheaton’s Office of Ministry and Evangelism, she coordinated teams and cultivated community as part of Abide Ministries. Her love of language also shapes her perspective, teaching her how bridging communication gaps can create powerful avenues for advocacy.

Originally from Wisconsin, Kaile is now participating in the Virginia Beach Fellows program, which equips recent graduates to pursue both personal and professional development. She looks forward to exploring the Virginia Beach area and building deeper connections within the community.
